We highly recommend this company. We are new to Bonham Tx. Our compressor went out on our AC unit. We had 2 other companies come out and did not feel comfortable with either of them. We then contacted Blain Service Co. and Steve, the owner, came out and quickly accessed the situation. Steve was very professional and did not try to hard sell us into joining a "club" to get lower pricing. He proved himself to be a man of integrity and was very fair with us. The office, service, and tech staff did an amazing job of communicating with us. They had us up and running the following day and at a fair price. They will get all of our future business.

We have had them do work for us every year and they are fantastic, they answer their phones, they call back, they show up on time and do great work.

Great. The same tech works my area of Bonham, he shows up on time, does the work as quick as possible with no BS. Blain has been to my house 6 or 7 times since June 2011, they have checked my electrical twice and fixed my motel style AC 5 or 6 times. They do great work and do not charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend then to everyone.

Work was performed to our satisfaction in a timely and expected cost range manner. The telephone response team were especially cordial & professional. The tech was polite, punctual, & took time to explain what he was doing.

I called around 10:30am when temps outside were already in the 90s. The technician came out three hours later (this was the only company that could make it out the same day - all others had 1-2 day backlog). He quickly diagnosed the problem, pulled the part from inventory he keeps in the truck and repaired my AC unit within 15 minutes. He thoroughly checked both inside and outside units for any other issues. He was extremely honest and professional and I've saved the company's contact number to use in the future.

Blain Service Company responded to our very urgent need by getting to the house the same day as we called. In fact, I called about noon, and they were able to respond that afternoon. They fixed the problem very quickly. This is not the first time I've used Blain Service Company, they also serviced the heat pump unit outside about a month previous to this. They discovered that a new motor was needed during a service call, and were able to provide it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I plan on using them for any heating or a/c problem I have in the future.
