Our a/c went out on a Saturday night in August. My daughter had friends over for a sleep over that night. My husband called Mr. Cathey and he said it would be a weekend charge plus parts. He came within 20 minutes and was prepared with lights to work in the dark. It took him 30-40 minutes to have it fixed. He told us he checked the date on the part and he could send it back under warranty. The part had a 5 year warranty and it had been 4 yrs and 8-9 months since the part had been replaced. Mr. Cathey could have charged us anything because we were desperate. We ended up paying only the service call. What an honest person. Eventually we want to have a new unit put in our home and we will definetly use Mr. Cathey.
