Went great. He completed it when he said he would. Was very professional and detailed. Saved me the trouble of having to find different people to complete the inspections needed. Provided and full report with photos.

When he went into the attic he made a report that the ducts and vents were OK. When I moved in I found out the duct system was completely deteriorated. They are the same ones installed when the home was built 21 years ago. He should have told me this when he did the inspection. I had to pay $1000 to have them replaced.
