They had to fill my unit full of Freon the time before they were out here, and I wanted them to come back and check on it. My son got 3 new air conditioners, tank less water heaters, etc. They did an incredible job with my radiant barrier in my house. They installed a bunch of LED Lighting as well.

They did a really good job. They were prompt. Scheduling an appointment was great. They were really quick to react.

Their bid was the highest one we got. Which wasn't so much the issue. We felt like we were being "sold" a product, with less concern about what would work best for us. The person with the license didn't come. Eastin did a great energy audit a few years ago. That's why we called them. We're implementing their suggestions with another company.

Technician arrived and provided his assessment of the detailed work to be done. Only after pressing him on the significant extent of the work did he say there were other less-expensive options. He said his boss would follow up with a pricing assessment but I never heard back from them, and I did email trying to get a follow up.

We bought our 1974 home in 1997. We've had twice yearly service on our heating and air conditioning every year. In past years these check-ups have taken about 25 minutes. I called a new company and their HVAC technician showed up that afternoon. He was here for well more than an hour checking our system's efficiency. No one has ever performed this test. He explained to us in simple terms how to do to make our current system more efficient and by the time he left ours had moved from around 7.8 output to 18.80. He also found a very serious "fix" on our compressor, actually very shoddy workmanship which could have cost us hundreds of dollars if he had not found it. We could tell an immediate difference in the cooling. Eastin also provides a comprehensive energy audit. This service is usually $300, but they are currently offering it for half price. This is the best quality service we have ever had--and we know we've been served. Both the Eastin representatives we've dealt with are wholesome, professional, service-oriented--they would be welcome at our dinner table, any time. We will be recommending them to every one we know who owns a home.
