DAVE HEATING & AIR

Heat exchanger was a few years beyond its rated lifetime when it failed. Dave's came out, verified that the unit had failed, and provided a cost estimate to replace the unit. The heat exchanger was one of two and the other had failed two years earlier.  Replacement was ordered and installed by Dave's in less than a week. Unit installation was performed in less than a day and fully restored service to the second floor. Dave's personnel were always professional, and ensured that installation, operation, and cleanup met or exceeded our requirements as well as their standards.

Owner of company and a helper arrived at scheduled time. Installed a fan motor that I had already purchased from a supplier and was unable to install myself. They were really friendly and helpful. I had some questions about my system and he spent a little while explaining options that I could do myself and what he felt was needed. Very happy with service.

We contacted Dave's and within a day or so he came to give us an estimate. We were working out of state during the time that the work was being done, but our neighbor met Dave's crew at the house to let them in to perform the work. We flew home a few weeks later to inspect the work, and were pleased that the house was a clean after they did the work as it was before the work was started. The unit works great and we feel like we got a great job for a reasonable price.

AC quit on Sunday afternoon, Neighbor recommended Dave's heating and air. Called monday am, Dave came out, estimated the job. Came back tuesday morning with the crew and replaced the outside unit with a heat pump, and the air handler in the attic. Also replaced the controler in the house and went through the operation of the system. Project was completed that afternoon. Called back a few days later to enquire how the system was working.
