Nick is a real good guy, has very good pricing, and does a great job doing what he does, the only problem I have is he's very hard to get there to do the job. On several occasions he's been a no show, I understand his business is very unpredictable, but he lacks the professionalism to give you a call back, he'll kind of just leave you hanging.

Called this morning and explained my upstairs unit was not putting out cold air. Nick was here by noon. Very courteous and professional. Explained everything he was doing, asked how I wanted to work the issues he found. He did not have a can of leak sealant with him, as his truck was in the shop, so he is returning Saturday per my request to install.
I'll know in a year if the sealant does its job, as the last few years I've needed freon about once a year.

I emailed Sunday evening, and Nick called within 15 minutes. We arranged an appointment at 8:30 Monday morning, and he was right on time. He found the problem with the broken electrical lead and replaced it, and checked the other units and replaced the freon. Told me what I could wait on, but that down the road there'd be a bigger bill - I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on the spot. Good business to treat customer fairly and build loyalty in both directions. I found him through this site, and he will be My AC Guy from here on out. A very positive experience.

It went perfectly! I emailed my problem to Nick, and he called me within 5 minutes after I sent him the message, and then he showed up at my house within 30 minutes after I hung up the phone. I don't think I've ever had better service and price from anyone; and he doesn't charge after hour rates. I highly recommend his company!!

The response was very quick, as he was in the neighborhood, which was pure luck, but he did not charge me a service call. He found the problem right away by opening the panel on the A/C unit checking the switch. He replaced the switch and also installed a part that restsricted the load to an amount that would not overlod the switch. Then he charged the unit, but very little freon was used. I was charged for the parts and his labor.
