Description of Work: Built patio roof. He ordered wrong windows, then cut down windows to make them fit, consequently breaking seal. Support posts for heavy roof do not withstand weight. Construction warranty usually runs between 5 to 15 years. His warranty is only one year - therefore, he knows his work is not good. From four skylight windows two are showing material defects. Window manufacturer is willing to send new windows, however, contractor will not install these replacement windows unless he gets paid. First of all he didn't even try to contact manufacturer. I, as a customer had to do it.
