We paid up front in full (minus $100 due to our own error) by check- our mistake, trusting a neighborhood company. The splattered concrete all over, including onto our patio set. While power washing, they took paint off of our home which they promised over and over to fix- they never did. The patio sealer was not what was asked for. The patio itself is sloppy, and already falling apart. We had a inspector look at it and he could not believe the poor quality. It was installed THREE months ago. in the end, the company quit responding to us so we filed with the BBB, TX AG, their insurance, Yelp. They tried to say that we want a free patio, which is clearly not accurate (no one who wanted a free patio would pay in full with a check before work even begins). From what I have heard, ghosting on their clients is regular practice. I do NOT recommend this company.
