After a hail storm, we made immediate efforts to repair two broken double-paned windows on the second floor of our house. We were not familiar with Strategic Glass but we do our best to employ local merchants whenever possible. A technician came out the next day, made the necessary measurements and provided a repair estimate via email the following day. The estimate was reasonable, but we wanted to get another estimate for comparison. One week later, after receiving the second (higher) estimate, I gave Strategic Glass the go to make the repair. Patrick said that the glass would be ordered the next business day and would be ready to install in the next several days. I received a call from Patrick seven days later and a repair appointment was made. The technicians were on time and got right to work. They had the broken windows removed and the new ones installed in 30 minutes. They swept up all the remaining broken glass. The only caveat is that they will accept checks but not credit cards. This could be quite a problem on larger projects or if an insurance settlement is delayed.
