RE/MAX PERFORMANCE GROUP

He was awesome. He has done basically everything. He has been a builder, has been realtor and he knows all angles of it. We bought a house it is a new build, but it had been sitting here to some deal and we walked through it and like he was showing us he knew all the upgrades and stuff. He knew all the stuff and what was worse. I thought he was very good and he put a bid on the house and I thought really good about our bid because he was very knowledgeable. His personality is great and he would treat the same as someone who was buying $12000 house versus $3000 house the same. He is just very fair. He always stayed on top of everything and did everything he was said he was going to do and did it in a timely manner and made in contact with us because this was a long process because our loan didn't go through the first time and he really did a good job negotiate for us. I would recommend him to everybody. I would absolutely use him again. I already recommend him to somebody that already have used him.
