Prosper Air

Called in the morning (5/30/2018), appointment was set up. Both Justin and Tabitha Alsdurf showed up that same afternoon. The HVAC system was checked and cleaned, and topped off with 2.5 lbs. of coolant. The A/C is running way cooler, and inside temps are manageable now.

We have an annual service with them. They are responsive and honest.

I highly recommend them. The workers were great!

I called at 7pm and by 9pm Josh had come to the house and started work on the ac unit. In about 30 minutes the cool air was flowing again. Josh was friendly, informative and professional. Prosper Air will be my first call from here on out for HVAC issues.

Went great, Josh the technician was fantastic. Very personable, polite and professional. I had an idea of what the issue was and he confirmed suspicions. He went to work fast and had the replacement parts on his truck. After he changed out the bad capacitor, he tested and verified I was good to go. The price was very fair and he was on site within an hour after calling them. Fantastic service, will be doing business with them again for sure.

A/C stopped working late in the day with outside temps almost in the 100's. Prosper Air was called (second time I used them). They (Justin the owner) was at my house, after hours, with the proper parts in his truck and fixed me up quick! I called Prosper Air because they helped us out before and Josh, their tech, couldn't have been more friendlier or professional. This is a small but amazing company. We love mom/pop businesses and will continue to use Prosper Air in the future along with telling others about our experience.

Exceeds expectations.  Arrived on my doorstep 1 minute early, 1:29 for a 1:30 PM appointment on a Saturday no less.
A very nice family.  Justin and Tabitha arrived and worked as a team, to diagnose the issue in an efficient manner. 
It was a typical Dallas hot August Saturday, and they worked very hard to get after the issue and diagnose the problem. 
I carry an annual maintenance contract with Prosper Air, where they come out 2x per year for preventative maintenance. I highly recommend this company.  They are locally owned and do a great job.

Justin had been servicing my system and while I had a few breakdowns on my 14 year old unit, it was never expensive to repair (although it may have been with someone else!) as he always was fast and super fair.  He didn't push me to buy a new unit, in fact he thought mine could go another year or two.  But I decided to go ahead an replace it.  They quoted a really good price and were able to do it early in the morning before the store opened so we didn't have any issues.   It has been a few months and everything is still perfect.  They are just a wonderful, honest couple to work with and I highly recommend them for home or commercial units!

They quoted a price at the initial meeting and did not alter from the price.   Work went smoothly and the unit functions properly with no leakage.  During the job all of my questions were answered directly and clearly.  I hired them to provide regular maintenance to the units in the house.

The first time I met Prosper Air was during the sale of my home.  One of my inspection requirements for sale was for an A/C inspection of which they provided.  They did some minor tooling of the system, inspected it fully, and charged me only for the trip charge. 

The next year I was forced to use my home warranty (that came with the house purchase) and the moment that ran out I called Prosper Air for my next issues.  They were able to let me know my issues (that I caused on my own,) sell me inexpensive air filters that were a ton cheaper than Home Depot, and do servicing on one of my units that had it running perfectly in short order.

This team is extremely professional, they will never price gauge you or recommend changes to your system that aren't needed, and always be communicative about when they'll be to your home.  I'm happy that I've finally found an A/C servicer that is trustworthy.  I recommend them to anyone in the area. 

I have been using them for a number of years and they are good. I use them regularly for service on my air conditioner. The price is for a twice annual check-up. They are honest and trustworthy people. It's good value for the cost. I will use them again and we don't have any complaints.

I have the yearly maintenance contract. I would rate them the highest. They are very friendly and punctual. Their prices are really reasonable compared to the rest the providers. I would definitely recommend them. I would use no one but them in the future.

It was great. They were very professional. They fixed the issue. Scheduling was pretty easy. They were responsive and came out the next day after we called. The price is reasonable.

Prosper Air offered us options, complete replacement of the condenser or try out sealant that may or may not last. I opted for the sealant that has been working for the last 8 months. Really money-saver from Prosper Air. I highly recommend them.

It very well. They came the same day that I contacted them. They were friendly and efficient. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain what he did and how the system worked. They were reasonably priced.

I called because my heating thermostat stopped working. I had tried to replace it myself but found the heater was still not turning on. Tried troubleshooting and that didn't work either. I called Prosper Air and they were able to come within the hour. I really wasn't sure I could get anyone out, the temp was in the low 20's and the roads were getting bad. They were very nice and helpful and thankfully were able to get the heater running in no time. I would use them again in the future.
