"Unfortunately, this home was listed during August, which is always a slow month due to school starting, last minute vacations, etc. Although it is still a seller's market, showings overall for the area have been slower since July as we have verified with other agents as well. We always go above and beyond with our marketing, even paying additional expense to showcase a home on realtor.com and sending broadcast emails. The extensive marketing exposure we provide for the listing of our sellers' homes is open for all agents and potential buyers to view. Their home was only listed for 34 days."
