Great. Have had issues with water heater ever since moving into newly built house. The original installer was of no help with the issue of lukewarm hot water. I scheduled a diagnostic with their Rinnai expert, Michael Wood. He diagnosed and demonstrated the root problem quickly. In addition, he helped me set up my Web Controller accessory and app to work properly. The web app had never worked before. 2 years of frustration eliminated. Thank you Michael! The technician Nathan Baker replaced the faulty check valves and flushed the system. He then tested the hot water lines and had me test the temperatures before leaving. Great work...
