We brought them in to do some unexpected repairs after moving into our new home, primary plumbing and a repair to the exterior. They were actually the second opinion we got and we chose them because we were SO much happier with their communication than the first company. Additionally, the day they were scheduled for these repairs, we had an electrical issue, as one of our outlets start smoking. Their electrician Don, separate from the people who were already coming over, called me right away and was kind enough to come out the same day. Paul s been great with all the communication and coordinating. Kelly got our estimates out sooner than expected. Kevin was great with repairs and taught me a thing or two about the critter holes we had outside. And now we re looking into getting a remodel underway with them.

A friend referred my wife and me to Nelson Home Repair Service. We needed work done on our patio pergola. The pergola was deteriorating and required wood replacement and staining. Paul and Kevin Nelson along with their crew were very professional; they listen to the customer needs and deliver 100% on the work promised. Our pergola now looks as if we had a new one built!
