JJ was lovely to work with. He was honest, reliable, and very thorough. He took on a cleanup project for us at a price we could afford and got it done quick. He is a very pleasant person to work with and would recommend him to anyone.

JJ pool service was awesome between doing the demo and then the re-plaster it was a 3 day process my whole family were very happy with his services.

Poor workmanship, did not follow up on problems he has created.

I contracted for the replacement of waterline tiles and resurfacing of my pool in April of 2022. After the work was completed I requested that they clean up the grout that was slopped all over the coping and where tools were cleaned by pool equipment. Twice someone was sent to clean the coping with a steel brush and a metal putty knife, both of which would have damaged my natural stone. The second time they came out I was informed that they had been allotted 15 minutes to do the work. I said that would not do as it would take longer and they still had the wrong tools. I reached out to JJ to reschedule with a longer window of time and the proper tools. I also informed him that the new tiles were also beginning to separate. I have not been able to get him to return my texts since June 29. I also informed him that, per his instructions, I did not run the pool cleaner for six weeks and the result is that dirt permanently adheres to the bottom of the pool. Still no reply. On August 4, the newly installed tiles began falling off. I have sent pictures and numerous requests for him to make these repairs since they are not only shameful but also covered by his one-year warranty. I am now having to pay another contractor to remove and replace the waterline tiles, drain the pool to power wash and acid wash the dirt, and refill the pool again. Given what I paid JJ for this project, this is disgraceful. There is no excuse for any business to treat a customer in this manner.

Very saddened by the work...just look at the pictures and you will see. (on google review) The owner was very unresponsive and unprofessional. Totally unsatisfied with the cooping that had to be power washed because there was spotting under the sealant but has not been repaired. The tile work is horrible and owner said it would wash off. We were told we were getting a cool deck but it is $25 a gallon deck paint which is hotter that ever. Do not use this company as the owner does not care about customer satisfaction. He said we were harassing his workers when we were simply asking questions. The owner, JJ, never came back out to inspect the work done even after we sent photos to him. If I could give a negative score, I would. Owner responded to review on Google that I am complaining several months after work was completed. It was not started until 06/09..there was follow up multiple times for them to come back and repair, however, we just kept getting pushed out.

They were on time and did an ok job. The ground was still a little unlevel and ended up finishing the leveling myself. Would still recommend and use it in the future.

JJ did all he could to get my pool open, as it was messed up by another contractor and I was unable to use it for two years

JJ was great in remodeling our pool. Very accessible, wonderful to work with, and very responsive. Very caring and JJ (the owner) worked direct on the project. We were able to customize decorations. I would definitely hire JJ again!

Trust him enough to give home keys to the house and know he is always going to do the right thing even if it takes him extra time, or cuts into his profit margin. I have recommended his to family, friends, and neighbors.

JJ Pools is an excellent service and remodeling company. Their workmanship is undeniable.the best in both of these fields. They are a family owned business, and as a Marine combat vet myself, I appreciate that the owner, JJ, has also served in the military. I highly recommend them for any projects needed in this field. In my experience, they are reliable, honest and loyal to their clients. They go out their way to help in any form of way as needed, and JJ is always a phone call or text away. They respond to my needs immediately. Further JJ is a real nice guy to have as our service provider.

If you want a family owned steady operator this company is for you. JJ was also nice enough to provide options and refrrences for pool related jobs that were not in his his wheelhouse. I have been a customer for 5 years. I have always had very quick response which leaves me more time to spend where I want to.
