He responded to my voice mail msg within minutes, and was able to come out that same day. He is very honest, professional, stands behind his work, and the quality of his work and prices are the best. Through our experience with Chad and his team, we found that all the great reviews were very accurate.

I called my normal service provider, who wanted to sell me a whole new AC unit for $4000. Thankfully, my realtor insisted I get a second opinion. C.A.S. came out and cleaned the whole unit for less than $100 and it passed inspection - no problem. These guys are honest and saved me a lot of money. I am now a regular customer.

I promise I'm not an employee. I have my own business but these guys are probably the best AC guys I've ever experienced. On time and punctual. Andrew fixed the 2 broken units within an hour and didn't tell me I needed new units, etc. I will be signing up for no-annual checkups. Honestly and timely, can't ask for better than that.

They responded to my email within 30 minutes, and scheduled to come out later that day sometime between 5:00 - 7:00. They called shortly after 6:00 and said they would be there in a few minutes. They arrived less than 10 minutes later, and quickly found the problem (the run capacitor on my outside unit needed to be replaced). When they didn't have the part with them (they had replaced several other customers' throughout the day), they went back to their shop and got the part they needed. They were back within 10 minutes. Not only did they fix that, but also noticed that my upstairs was unusually warm (something that I hadn't even mentioned). After inspecting, they found that I had some wires that were tangled and not letting the air flow get through (something that had been a problem ever since I bought the house 6 years ago). They took the time to fix that for me (at no additional cost). As they were leaving, I mentioned something about hoping that I was their last customer for the day, since it was after 7:30 p.m. when they left. They said no that they had a couple of more calls to make that evening. Wow! In this day and age it is very rare to find a company with those ethics, standards, and professionalism. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a nice job and were on time. They were very respectful.

I contacted Chad via email at 8:00PM, he replied about an hour later, scheduling service for the next day. My AC was not cooling as well as it should be. He scheduled service for between 3-5 in the afternoon. He arrived about 4:30. He checked over the unit. Gave me all the details on what he found, along with his recommendations. He completed the service in about 1/2 hour, and the unit is working great. Chad was very fair on the cost. The total cost posted included an annual service agreement, which I purchased.
From contact to service completion in less than 24 hours. I think that says it all.

Overall, very pleased. Both workers were very professional courteous and nice. They fixed it quickly and I felt they did not want to upsale us on unnecessary repairs. My only complaint is about punctuality. Scheduled time was between 2-4 and they arrived at 5:30. However, the service was excellent and I will definitely use them again and will recommend them.

I will use them in the future.

CAS Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC was recommended to me several years ago, by a home remodel company.
I was looking for another estimate because another HVAC company in the area told me I needed two new units because
my compressors were leaking Freon and the cost of two new units would be over $15,000.00.

When CAS arrived, the first thing Mr. Chad did was bring in a very expensive tool to locate the Freon leak.
Turns out my outside units & compressors were fine, in good shape.  The problem was not the compressor
but the air handler unit inside my home.  CAS ordered the part, a week later I'm up and running; cost of repair
$1,400.00 with guarantees.  Keep in mind my units are over 12 years old.  Glad I found CAS; they are honest.
$1,400 sure beats $15,000 for new units, it turns out I DID NOT NEED!

Chad is the best!  We are real estate managers and depend on honest reliable contractors that do what they say.  He is honest and is a contractor that won't blow a bunch of smoke. He gets it done and you can count on it to be done right the first time. We have used many HVAC contractors in the past and put CAS Air Conditioning and Heating at the top of our list.  He paid attention to the details, that I like! They wear uniforms. Professional clean service vehicle, I notice the details. It's really refreshing to work with a vender that doesn't try to sell you a lot of unnecessary work or parts that aren't needed.  Our success depends on reliable team members that are the best in the business, this is why we use Chad.  Call the others, then call Chad he will shoot you straight. I have nearly 200 units I manage and Chad keeps our tenants very happy.

I met Chad with CAS a couple of months ago when he was assigned by my client's home warranty vendor to evaluate and repair the A/C system on a home we had just purchased.  I was impressed by his professionalism, timeliness and no-nonsense approach to making things right for my client. 
We are full service Realtors and property managers so finding good vendors is an ongoing process for us.  Since doing this repair we have used Chad & CAS on additional properties and needs. 
Recently, I had another client who had purchased a home and had ongoing issues with the vendors assigned by the home warranty folks.  I spoke with their Customer Service folks and suggested that they send out Chad.  He arrived at his appointed time, with helpers and a fully stocked work truck.  The property is a townhome with the A/C unit on a roof, but they were fully prepared with long ladders, and got right to work.  They discovered a couple of issues with the installation by the prior contractor and very quickly had my client's system up and running. 
This was a home warranty call, but we have been impressed enough with Chad & CAS to use him on full service jobs as well.  He has consistently demonstrated the qualities we need most in the vendors we retain - timeliness, good people skills, technical expertise, quality work and reasonable prices.  We will not hesitate to use him on more jobs in the future!!
