great at first. then, as time went on, downhill. at first, i needed 6 cameras replaced. then, 2 more were added. these were all 3mp. then, one of the added ones had problems with the infrared. they came and got it, but it never came back. in the meanwhile, i knew that eventually i wanted 4k(8mp) cameras, so brian offered us a deal on a new source of cameras. at first, i asked if i could just get 4 of the 4k, and would they intergrate with the other 3mp? "sure, no problem." yah, well, BIG problem, 4 installed, no workee. so now i got 4 cameras, and 4 that dont work. ok, pay more money, get the other 4. full payment up front, but now a long wait till they can get back to me. months later, the other 4 installed, new nvr. meanwhile, i had to make 7 new mounts, because the cameras would not adjust high enough. the new software was complicated, and the new nvr only went back 4 days. and the old ethernet cables were never changed, even tho i had paid for new ones. and while the new cameras(4k) were nice during the day, at night, the view was horrible. of course, i thought, well, 4k day AND night. but no, night was still 3mp. from the get go, the cameras had trouble switching back to color after nighttime view(ir), and several to all would remain in black and white. the only way to get them to switch to color was to reboot the system. amr came back a couple of times, and changed out a couple of cameras, changed the nvr, but nothing was fixed. then, they said the mounts i had made pinched the wires, and that was stopping them from switching to color. so i again adjusted the mounts/cameras, but it had no effect. meanwhile, brian tells me that if he has to, he will change out the entire system, cameras, wiring, nvr, at his expense if he has to. never happened. then the cameras started dying. several times during the day, the display of various cameras would just go blank. again, a reboot would bring them back. then, one died completely, rebooting did nothing. then another died. all this time, i am emailing them, but no response. in the past, the response had always been slow, but now i was just being ignored. so, a few days ago, i hired another company, secure one tech, to install a new system. and it is working great. way better display, 4k day AND night. clear and sharp. all new wiring, and a dvr that goes back 3 weeks. really easy to use software, i can now electronically adjust color, motion, focus, zoom, and a whole bunch of other adjustments. system is a LOT faster. so far, the response after install is near instantaneous. they know all the answers to my questions, walk me thru several adjustments, send tutorials on how to do things. while it may have been good at the beginning, after they get my money, they are gone. it wont bother me to hear they have gone out of business
