They did fine, they did exactly what needed to be done and replaced the part of the retainer wall that needed to be retained. They did the break down of the wall as far as the section that needed to be torn out and they hauled everything off. After that they re-poured it and repainted it. They were very timely as far as, we had to get through the insurance process so once the insurance was all taken care of they were fine. It was taken care of very quickly. They aren't close, they are kind of way on the other side of the upper Dallas metroplex.

The experience went fabulously. It always goes well with them; I've never had any problems. Their professionalism was perfect, as always. I wouldn't use them if they weren't excellent. They discovered a bee hive in some of the exterior woodwork. They had to pause and reschedule some of their work, because they couldn't complete the work with the bees out there. They continued on in other areas of the house and rescheduled the crews to make sure we met our deadline.
