We had Kim as our Realtor for 3 weeks.
1) We had to go get the sign and lock box from Kim.
2) Kim never did a walk through.
3) We had to take the pics of our home.
4) Kim did not find 1 house for us to look at.
5) We only had 2 showing for our home.
We had to do all the work! It was getting so frustrating, so we had to cancel the contract!
If you want a part time Realtor that gives 1/4 of your time, then Kim Gardner is for you!
