Desmond and his contractors were very prompt and thorough. They have now finished two separate jobs for me, both involving water damage and bathroom toilet/tub issues that were a result of the builders. I would definitely hire them again!

Up to project end point, service and communication was exceptional. Due to real estate legal time restriction, project terminated before completion. Refund due was calculated, reported and refund payment was promised first week of June 2023. Owner failed to make refund. When contacted stated he was going through a slow business period and promised to pay by end of August 2023. Owner failed to meet this promise. Offered to start making partial payments. I contacted owner in December 2023. Would not answer phone voice mails or text messages. Advised him on voice mail of his promise failures and I did NOT want to accept his verbal message. Written only. He emailed me in January 2024 promising to send a cashiers check for the full amount. Asked for my address (I found this odd because he has had it from the beginning of project). Promised to mail check on Friday. Failed again on promise. His recorded address is false. Final certified mailed Demand For Payment was signature received on October 16, 2024. As with other certified mailing, failed to respond.

Unfortunately, despite the excellent project completion, the owner of the company has been very unethical about the payment refund return which has been promised for over a year now. Many broken promises about refund payment. Despite numerous contact requests which continue to be ignored, the fact remains the unpaid refund is well over $19,000.

Working with Desmond was a very good experience. He quickly responded to my inquiry after we had flood damage from a major rain event. Very thorough estimate. We went with him because he would do both the remediation (getting everything dried out or removed safely), and the reconstruction. He kept me well informed about which workers to expect and at what times, and he came multiple times daily to deliver materials and/or either do specific parts of the job himself or see how other aspects, such as flooring, were coming along. Very responsive to specific things needing correction. On time and within budget. Highly recommending.
