STOP! READ THIS FIRST! Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism - none of that matters if the job is left undone, paid for, and without a professional atittude toward resolving a problem. That is why Randy Braswell of Braswell Doors or Braswell Door Service - which is under two difference addresses in Angie's List -- gets an "F" all the way around. I believe in giving people a chance to do the right thing. Unfortunately, since the moment he left, the garage door Randy Braswell put in has never worked, nor have I been able to get him to return any of my calls. He was responsive to quote and get the job, but after that nothing. At first, I gave him a week to get back to me because the day he worked on my garage door he said he thought that he was coming down with the flu. He put the doors up and left, taking full payment with him (a check -- stupid, I know!). Since then I have made three additional weekly calls, the last one asking him to please just do the right thing and complete the job for which he was paid. Nothing. I informed him via voicemail and text message that I feel compelled to leave a negative rating on Angie's List and with BBB. Hence, this posting. Avoid at all costs! DON'T SPEND A DIME WITH THIS PERSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET JACKED!
