Pipe fitting at the meter was replaced. I had already dug the hole. Charged $600.

This job was totally over priced. We already had the site dug and the leaking pipe was exposed. $700 to replace a 4 ft section of pipe is absurd. We will never use Anderson Plumbing again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very dishonest.

Plumber came out on a Friday afternoon and found the leak under a bathroom sink. It was at an elbow joint of the A/C condensation line running into the drain. The connection was on the back wall under the counter. The plumber was very friendly and spent some time attempting to glue the joint together. He said that if it did not work, they would need to cut open the sheet rock on the adjoining wall to access the pipe. He left and I discovered that same evening the carpet was wet again. When I touched the pipe under the sink, it just fell off. The plumber had attempted to make a repair with a very small overlap at the connection instead of the standard 3/4" inch. The repair just failed Knowing the plumber would not come back on the weekend, I did not call back for 1 week since I had to leave town on business for a week. I also could not understand why the repair could not be made under the sink rather than cutting sheet rock on the adjoining wall. The plumber was clear that they did not do sheet rock repair and I knew that this would entail sheet rock, texturing and repainting a wall. I emailed and called Anderson Plumbing. Since their plumber looked at it and said that any second attempt at repair would require going through the sheet rock for access, they would not come back out without that condition. They took the position that the Home Owner's Warranty would not allow them to go through the sheet rock to repair, and that is what would be required. They stood by the first plumber's diagnosis and would not consider coming out for a second opinion. However, the Home Owner's Warranty does not control their level of customer service! I also explained the the Anderson's said that my Warranty would not cover going through the sheet rock, but the plumber did not call to verify. When I talked to the HOW, they disputed Anderson's claim and said that they would have allowed the sheet rock cut and repair. I disagreed with the diagnosis and told them that they could access the repair under the sink. I just popped of the nice "trim" board that had been placed around the pipe under the sink which revealed easy and clear access to make the repair. I could not believe the level of customer service and the statement that the HOW would not let them make the repair. Their only concern was that HOW would not pay them rather than taking care of the customer. So with Anderson Plumbing, I paid them $75 and received nothing in return. The good news is that the Home Owner Warrant company agreed to send out a second plumbing company to give a second opinion. The second plumber was able to make a solid repair in less than 20 minutes and there was not any additional charge. He did not have any explanation about why a plumber would say that they would need to cut through sheet rock, which was clearly not needed.

Water heater worked for a about a week.  Then pilot went out and wouldn't light back.  Called Anderson Plumbing to get them to come back.  Gave them model and serial number for water heater and was told they would work on finding parts that day.  Never heard back.  Called daily (sometimes 2x per day) to request status.  No one has EVER called back.  Clearly they don't intend to do any more work on this.  If they didn't want to mess with it, they should have just called and  said so.  I probably wouldn't be writing this review had they been professional and told me that.
I try to give my business to small business owners that are local.  In this case, it was a mistake.  I do NOT recommend Anderson Plumbing of Princeton, TX to anyone!

.They gave me a time frame of when they would be able to get to my house and the technician called when he was on his way.  He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it in no time.
This is the second time I have used Anderson Plumbing.  They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I have recommended them to a friend.  The first time I used them they found a slab leak.  They had to drill into the concrete of course.  After finding a leak and fixing it they checked the water meter to see if there might be another leak.  It seemed there was a very tiny leak.  It took quite awhile to find it but they really persevered until they did.  It was very close to the first leak they found so fortunately they did not have to drill another big hole.
They did an excellent job of filling the hole and pouring the concrete.
This is a very professional company and the technicians and owner are personable as well as experts at what they do.  I highly recommend them.

I determined a new water supply line needed to be installed in an attempt for me to stop having to fix water leaks due to ground shift and other reasons. Anderson's dug the line ditch, installed the PEX line and covered up the PEX line. The weather rained during this installing and caused some problems with mud. Anderson's had to wait for the ground to dry but did back fill the first 100' so the residence near the ditch could get into their driveway.

We called Anderson plumbing to detect a leak in the house. We had used them a couple of times for small jobs and had been pleased with their work. The first day they came, it was raining and because of that they were unable to detect the leak. The second time they came, they detected the leak within an hour. They gave us the options for the repairs and walked through the pros and cons of each. We did not feel pressurized at any point. We went in for a full replacement of the pipe as this was the second time that pipe had developed a leak. The work was done professionally and completed the same day. Mr. Anderson, who personally did the work did not charge us for the first visit. He was courteous and professional and very reasonable to work with. We will definitely use them in future.

I called on Monday morning about water heater leaking and serviceman was out within half hour. He relit the pilot light, which had been extinguished by the leak and found that it had stopped leaking. I opted to replace it, since it was original to the house built in 2001. New installation was carried out two days later.

This was a HWA warranty claim and Anderson scheduled an appointment with me for 2 hours after I called and explained we only had 1 bathroom in the house. They showed up on time and Eric was great.
We had water coming from under the toilet when it flushed or when you ran the shower for very long. He explained what he thought was the problem was and tried to use the least expensive methods to repair it first. My house is older and does not have a house clean out in the ground. He explained that the warranty claim would not pay for the extra charge of climbing on the roof to access the vent.
He was able to take care of the problem quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Anderson Plumbing is the preferred provider for my home warranty program. Within two hours of filing a claim, they called me and scheduled an appointment. They had availability that same day, which was awesome, but I wasn't available so we scheduled for the next day. The plumber showed up right on time, was very thorough and went above and beyond to fix the issue. We called because our toilet was leaking and backing up; the plumber discovered tree roots in our line and cleared them. I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Anderson Plumbing team, and even if I have an issue in the future that is not covered by my warranty, they will be the first company I call. We will most likely use them quarterly or bi-annually to clear our plumbing lines of tree roots routinely.

I used Anderson Plumbing several times under my home warranty program. During each repair Anderson arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up before leaving. Anderson's pricing is very fair compared to competition. In December I had a hot water leak under my foundation, which was only partially covered by my home warranty. Anderson worked 12 straight hours, as digging under my foundation and repairing the leak was a fairly extensive job. The leak was repaired in 1 day, and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing to friends and family.

Two workers did a good job installing the faucets and changing out the valves in our shower. They seemed to know what they were doing. However, they did not clean up after themselves and the bathroom sinks had dirt and debris all over the place. My wife was particularly upset that they did not remove the bathroom rugs before they started working. They left a stain on the white rug that she could not remove by washing.

This was a response to a home warranty claim. Whenever I have plumbing problem I specifically request Anderson Plumbing as they are always prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced (even when the repair is not covered by our warranty).
On this occasion we had a clogged kitchen drain. They called within 30 minutes of my reporting the claim to home warranty and were at the house within an hour. We will continue to use this company for all of our plumbing needs.
