Things started off a little rocky but the guys did a great job to make sure that I was taken care of. I am sure things would have been a lot better had the Christmas weekend not fallen right when we were having issues.

Harold and his team pumped two 500-gallon tanks for us today on our property in St Paul. Total cost to locate the tanks, dig down to the receptacles,and pump was $400. Very reasonable. They were very professional, on time, thorough, and went the extra mile to help us understand how our system works and how to make it more efficient and last longer. Thank you, Harold!

They returned my phone call right away. When he initially came out to pump the tank, the ground was too soft. He came back two other times to check on the ground and once it was dry enough, he pumped my tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about septic systems to me. It turns out that I had actually used his services previously eight years ago. I am very happy with service and I would use them again.
