Awesome. It was cold and my heat exchanger went out. I chose Yamil from among 8 bidders because he took time to really explain to me what needed to be done. I chose to replace the whole heating and cooling system at the same since I own an old house. The price was right. He Completed job on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Replace some of the duck works also and educated me. He also followed up with me on Sunday to ensure that everything was working perfectly. Yamil is a consummate professional, trustworthy, not pushy and respectful of my time. He did everything he promised he was going to do and more ON TIME. Am very satisfied with the product and his workmanship. I have recommended him to my friends and family. I will always recommend him to any one that needs A/c and heating and even maintenance and tune up because he is that good.

I requested service through Thumbtack for the repair of my furnace and was contacted immediately. He did not have an available technician available at the time (understandable on a Sunday afternoon), so he came out himself on a Sunday afternoon and was there literally in less than an hour! He did some troubleshooting on the system and was able to correctly diagnose the problem within minutes. He also showed me several things about my system and gave me some pointers for maintenance. At no time did he ever try to upsell me or get me to buy something I did not need. He is incredibly honest, fair, punctual, full of integrity, and does exactly what he promises. His pricing was also extremely reasonable and I have other projects where I plan to use him. No problem whatsoever recommending Yamil and his company.
