VIP CAR WASH

I usually went in for oil changes here but service has been going downhill. This last time will be my last due to the unprofessional manner on which I saw and was treated by the girl working the front desk. I must say that the only one that seemed nice that I encountered that day was a gentleman named Jerry (I remembered his name cause my husband is named Jerry also). I waited 3+ hours to have my oil changed and a state inspection. The whole time I was patient even though I had my 14 month old son with me and at the end of the wait he was getting so antsy. I asked exactly twice on the update of my vehicle and the girl at the front desk must have been in a bad mood because she was short with me. Then me and three other customers witnessed her go out the garage entrance door and start yelling in the garage at people. She then came in and slammed the door. When my services were rendered and I was going to check out there was one elderly lady in front of me. I stood there for some time after she left until the girl would acknowledge me and check me out. She notified me that I had not passed inspection and told me the total owed in such a cold manner. Upon departure I had a paper that was attached to my receipt that had the reason inspection wasn't passed and it was a gas cap issue. I could easily have been told that and bought one. Also there were "notations" that said "YOUR WHEELS PASS FOR NOW BUT NEED TO BE CHANGED!" Normally I would've taken it as a reminder but she had written it while I was waiting and the manner she presented herself just kinda didn't come off "helpful". All in all I loved coming here for the perks of a carwash thrown into my services... but its not enough to keep me coming back to wait 3+ hours with disgruntled employees. When I did make it home my husband said it shouldn't have taken that long I agreed the wait was excessive and I would not be returning.
