So I hired them to cut my grass the area was smaller than 200 sqft. They charged me $30 but didn t even bother to clean up the grass after. The dead grass is still in my lawn.

The first person to reply agreed to meet with me in a short time (less than an hour). We agreed on a price, a time, and a schedule. He arrived as scheduled, did a great job, and I expect regular service every two weeks.
