I called Mr. Solis and he was here within an hour. I'm in Rockport, so there was an $80 service charge, but he did the work and was out in less than an hour. He also pointed out another part that could be replaced, but with no pressure to call him back to do that. Good experience.

He came on time when he said he would. He really had to wrestle with my old Matag washer and dryer in the small enclosure I had them in, but did not complain. He just did what needed to be done to get the washer in a position to check it out. He is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent service. Has the old fashioned honesty and integrity you don't see very often anymore. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I will definitely call on him again if the need arises.

Our dryer quit working the day before my daughters wedding, sending my wife into a panic! I went to Angie's list and found Mr. Solis' phone number. He answered immediately, and told me he was on another job and would call me back. Within an hour Mr. Solis called back and said he would be able to come over and look at the dryer. He checked out the dryer, found the problem and was able to repair it that afternoon. I was quite impressed and extremely grateful that he was able to get here so quickly. He was clean cut, very polite, and very professional. I was expecting a higher bill due to the and quot;emergencyand quot; response, but was once again pleasantly surprised when the total bill was $150, which I found more than reasonable, as he had to go to Corpus to get parts for the repair.
I would highly recommend Mr. Solis, and will definitely use him in the future!

The technician was prompt, professional and had excellent knowledge of the systems of our fridge/freezer. We would absolutely use his services again.

Just like when he showed up to fix my washing machine. Showed up on time and got right to work. Probably took him 15-20 minutes to have the dishwasher working properly. He explained what the problem was and how it happened. Totally unrelated to my dishwasher, he also noticed a water leak under my kitchen sink. Thanks to him, we had the leak repaired the next day. When I need other appliances fixed in the future, this will be the only guy I'll call.

They did a very good job. They explained everything to me of what was wrong and what they were going to do, of course they had to order the parts. But they were consistent and as soon as they got the parts they called me and they came and fixed it. Whenever they said they were coming they would come that day and they did a very good job.

We called him because of prior excellent service we received from this repairman, who apprenticed with his father-in-law, the original owner. He is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will call on him again for any future appliance repair needs

It went fine, he obviouslyl knows what hes doing. He had to come twice but only charged me for one trip. I would definateley use him again

Mr. Solis moved us to the top of his list to prevent our food being ruined because our refrigerator was not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be a faulty circulation fan. He asked the parts store to leave the part outside for him to pick up because it was almost closing time. He did a great job and we will use him again.

Came on time, tested the unit. Told us that it could not be repaired.
