Roggeman Air Conditioning

Aug. 9 2022,4 days late on said installation date. Took 3 people 3 1/2 days to complete. Replaced 3 1/2" vent pipe with 4 1/2" pipe. New pipe didn't fit the hole so they ripped out a 5"x 8" piece of my osb roofing, not cut out but tore out. Mr Roggeman said he would call a roofing company to repair it. As of today oct.7 2022 and asking once a week for 5 weeks still nothing. Less than average workman ship. Have had them come back two times to repair air leaks in the a/c and duct where it mounts to the unit. Last time they came out oct 5th to repair leaks they left leaving a 2"x 1/2" hole in the duct next to the vent pipe. Call yesterday morning and nothing. The Carrier unit I give a 4 star, Roggeman a 1 star only for the price of the unit. I have pictures if anyone would like to see.

Roggeman has a friendly staff inside the office as well as the technicians I met on site.  They expedited my unit and installed the next day!  I know what the old unit looked like and how it was installed and they did a very professional job replacing my A/C and Heating system!  I could not be happier with the service I received from Roggeman.  I will refer them in the future!

The Thursday night before the Memorial Day weekend, the blower wouldn't come on. Contacted Roggeman A/C and Danny came out personally within 30 minutes. He told me that he was extremely busy, but that he would try his best to get the motor working again (to get me thru the weekend) and that either way, he would not leave me hanging. At about 5PM, one of his techs (Josh) showed up and put the motor back in and got us up and running again. The following Tuesday, Danny called personally to discuss options for a permanent solution. Thanks Danny and Josh!!!!!

They did not offer anything close to what other providers offered and were the same price if not more expensive. Next time I will go with someone who's estimate has more substance and offers more customer oriented services.

After having problems with my home warranty 2-10 and the service provider they wanted me to use, whom I have had problems with in the past. I Finally got the home warranty company to let me choose who I wanted to fix my ac. Roggeman came out gave me an estimimate about 20 min. later. in was already late. The told me it would be fixed the next morning and it was ^ody> ne who asks for a recommendation.

My AC stopped working so I called Roggeman AC. They dispatched a technician and within 2 hours he had identified the problem, located the replacement part and installed it. I had cool air flowing by 11:00 am. I was so impressed with the company's service that I signed up for their 2x a year Residential Service Agreement.

Excellent. Not much more to tell than what's above. They came when called, showed up before I knew it, got right to work, very polite and reasonably priced. It works for me.

They know what they are doing and are quite punctual. My only complaint is that the receptionist can be rather brusque, but that may be because I have had a number of problems with my a/c unit. When I DO have a problem, however, Roggeman gets it fixed pronto. I like that very much. I don't know if I would buy another Carrier unit or not, but I would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend them. I don't remember the price I spent for the last service. Their service has been comparable to another air conditioning company that I used. They were very timely. Their service people were very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Roggeman was supposed to call first to let me know they were on the way, but no call. Did show up at time originally estimated by office, and think missed call was the fault of the office, not the technician. Service was great. He took his time, and explained what he did and what he found........all good, by the way. Also, we had had a programmable thermostat installed a few months before. I couldn't figure out how to reset the "filter" button and so it kept flashing. The gentleman that came was nice enough to try to look at it and figure it out for me.....between the two of us, we got the silly thing to finally stop blinking! Roggeman is a little pricey, but they are worth it for the quality and professionalism you get.

I was very pleased with the whole project. They did a great job and we liked the price. We know that Trane is a good brand too.
