Pam is absolutely wonderful! I called her and she came over the same day to look at my house and quote a price. We agreed on the price and she showed up at exactly the time she said she would (9:00 a.m. Monday 2/24/14). She deep cleaned every room and bathroom. She cleaned ceiling fans, dusted then polished furniture (even used a paint brush with polish to get into tiny areas!), vacuumed, and cleaned every single item I asked her to. She was very friendly and easy to work with. I will be using her on a regular basis. I did not list how much she charged because she goes to each property and gives an amount after viewing what you want done and the size of the property.
