the technician came and stated the charge $ 89 just to diagnose the issues and that is not even to repair it. the technician was rude to my wife demanding money and would not leave when we refused his service for flashing a light in the A.C. unit it was ridiculous. Horrible all around service i would not recommend.

I called this company to give me an estimate on installing two drain pans at the cost of parts of $161 and nothing mechanical was broken. My a/c is cooling perfectly just needs the primary and secondary drain pans replaced. The tech was out today and he gave me an estimate for $1400 dollars to repair them and that included the discount of their home warranty protection they are selling people through Direct Energy. I'm very disappointed with this company and how they would want to take advantage of a home owner. The tech used shoe covers and was nice but he still charged me a trip charge of $89 dollars when I'm the one that gave them the diagnoses over the phone and they sold me the warranty plan and they said they would wave the trip charge if I purchased the warranty from them on the spot when making the service call today. Well...I purchased the service plan; they still charged me the trip. When I explained this to the technician he called his local area manager over the phone and asked him if he could wave the trip charge because I purchased the warranty plan today. The manager told him that if I didn't agree to have the work completed then I would have to pay the trip charge. I'm calling the local news to report this overcharging company. I want my refund of my trip charge since this is what was agreed when purchasing the warranty plan. I'm not happy with the service today and not paying $1,400.00 for simple drain replacement's. Just not fair to try and overcharge customers in Corpus Christi, TX

Excellent integrity and openness on status and actual needs. Was willing and able to provide sufficient information to satisfy the engineer's desire for details. Had a small quirk initially with scheduling the repair appointment with the office but they compensated by doing the job on a weekend without the usual additional charge.
