Pete was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He provided advise and repaired my AC at a very reasonable price without sacrificing quality. My AC is working great again. Definitely happy with the work he did and highly recommend him.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I called them out for a routine service appointment to change filters, clean coils, and flush the drain line. Instead of a straightforward service, I was told that both units had â noncondensiblesâ in the lines and that one of the units even had a bad capacitor. The technician shut down one of the units completely because of the capacitor and informed me that the repair couldnâ t be made that day. They gave me quote of over $6,000 to replace the capacitor and other components in both compressors. As if that wasnâ t bad enough, they also suggested I consider a partial system replacementâ even though my system is less than four years old! To add insult to injury, I later learned that the components they wanted to replace are still under warranty since the units are less than five years old. I wasnâ t convinced, so I called another company for a second opinion. They arrived the same day and proved that all my readings were completely normal. The capacitor was working perfectly, the refrigerant readings were fine, and the unit was running as it should with proper split differential tests. The so-called issues this first company claimed were total fabrications! When I called back to request a refund for the service fee, the office managerâ who just so happens to be related to the technicianâ stated he was â 100% certain his technicianâ was correct (which, cmon how can you be 100% certain of something youâ re not looking at yourself). He was rude, spoke over me, and condescending, insisting that the technicianâ s findings were accurate because he had been on the phone with him during the service! This suggests that the technician was likely inexperienced and needed to be walked through the job. This company is either running a scam, using underqualified technicians, or both. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

They are open 24 hours and were able to come out after hours on a Friday night. Had my a/c repaired in an hour!! Their name says it all. And to top that, their customer service is outstanding! The staff is super friendly and explain everything in such knowledgeable detail.

Nathan is very educated A/C technician. We told him our problem and was on it . Couple minutes later he told us the problem. And was fixed in 30 minutes.

During a second opinià ³n repair job the technicians Left the attic light on 3/25/24. Then technician Scheduled an appointment on 3/27/24 at 2pm to replace a broken part during the maintenance cleaning never show up or call. I called on Wednesday & Thursday left messages! No returned call. Finally Kevin Shop up on Friday afternoon to replace the part. I'm not happy with the second opinion of the work, because it was made of excuses of a bad job done on 2022 New installation Unit A/C
