Property Management
PROS:
- Owner Eileen Morris has a really thorough property management agreement.
- Genuinely enjoys what she does and says so.
- Lovely to speak to on the on the phone.
- Inspires trust with her manner.
- Is trustworthy.
- Is experienced in residential PM.
- Very honest and forthcoming.
- Price for managing the property is very reasonable.
CONS:
- Great out of the gate at the start of a business relationship, once you're signed, North Bay needs the occasional prompt to stay in touch. Busy people.
- Not always very open to doing things any way but her way. Respect her experience, and y'all will get along fine.
- Tiny bit hidebound and is a little bit bossy.
- Not always punctual or crystal clear with communications and emails.
Overall, I would use her and I know that if I just get out of the way and trust her, she'll run the show. "The owner should just relax and receive the checks" - seems to be one of North Bay's mottos.
