LJC Construction, LLC

Our condo Home Owners' Association chose LJC from five bids received, and we are more than happy with the results.  The contractor's bid was detailed and professional. His estimated cost was competitive, and the bill (paid in two installments) came in well below the initial estimate after adjustments when the HOA decided not to proceed with power washing the tiled roof.   The contractor was very responsive to owners' concerns and questions, making on-site visits to meet with us whenever requested and supervising his crew closely.   After the initial power washing, the crew was careful to clean up at the end of each day, they were pleasant and friendly, and they promptly touched up their work as needed and requested by us.  Over-all, the quality of the materials and the workmanship was excellent.  
The project got a late start, beginning in November after the crew finished another project on the island to finish and the HOA made a final selection of paint colors.  The work was slowed or interrupted by the winter weather fronts  during which painting couldn't be done or paint could not dry properly.  But the work always resumed in a reasonably timely fashion.  
Six of the seven owners in our HOA (one is out of state for the winter) have had an opportunity to inspect the building, and we all agree that our building looks fresh and beautiful.   We recommend LJC to other home and business owners.
