About us
JNCC, LLC. is a locally owned computer company that has been doing business in the Portland Texas area for 7 years. While a small company, family owned and operated, we strive for impeccable service and a connection with our customers and community. We are open to the public Monday-Wed 9:00-5:00 and Friday 9:00-5:00. Thursdays we are on call and make our rounds to local business who are on contract with us. If our day isn't full we fit in as many non-contract calls as possible. There is no additional fee for house calls on Thursdays. We also do not charge for diagnostics, only repairs. Our average virus removal and repair fee runs about $50 plus tax, and our average data recovery and transfer runs anywhere from $60-$80 plus tax (we try and let you know if it looks like it will be more). We are Microsoft partners, but we also work on Macs and Linux machines. We are skilled at repairing servers, desktops, and laptops, and we use the latest in commercial software when desired, but are fully equipped to install legal open-source software in place of commercial software when available.

One of the unique services we offer is contract based remote system maintenance. The contracts are customized to meet our individual customers needs from personal to commercial. The contracts are based on the number of systems serviced and the number of remotes the customer wishes to add per month. Some companies choose to combine face to face maintenance and support calls with our remote maintenance.

First, we did not get it back as quickly as promised because the parts did not come in; not his fault. Fabian Guerra and Jennifer were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to listen and put up with all my questions since I am technologically challenged. He checked my PC and found that two capacitors on the mother board were bad (showed them to me) and said it would be just as cheap to order a new PC as to replace the mother board. The new one is much lighter and so far has been more efficient. He put a virus protector and the sand box on the computer (included as part of the service). He was able to get rid of the viruses that the other virus protectors had not detected and save our files. I think his prices were very reasonable and the service was above and beyond. One of the best things is that after I got home and had a problem (mine, not his), he was able to get on my computer remotely (with my permission) and take care of the problem without my having to unhook it and take it back.
