Parnell Haynes is in a class by himself. Customer service is what he is about. I had a home standby generator install at my home two weeks ago. He kept me informed days in advance when they were showing up and work being preformed and they were on time and do first rate work. Bill and Juan did outstanding work and everything works perfectly. Tonight I lost power and in less than 10 seconds my generator took over automatically and we are staying nice and cool and running as if nothing even happened. Cant say enough about these guys they are the best. Prompt, courteous and on time every time.

I just had 3 ceiling fans replaced. I had used these guys before for a replacement of a breaker. They are prompt courteous and professional. Definitely recommend them.

His experience was also evident in how fast and neatly he completed his work. I would recommend this company to my friends.

If you select this company to put in some network drops make sure two people show up. This poor guy was running up to the atic and down to different rooms. He needed help. His work was excellent but to much for just one person.

I contacted Haynes Electric after DSGS services failed to repair my standby generator and caught it on fire. Mr. Haynes himself answered the phone and set up the appointment The assigned electrician was Art and he showed up on time, ready to go. He was fast and accurate on developing his materials list. When he arrived back do the work he was fast and very professional. He really had his stuff together for such a young man! The quote I received included pulling the permit and having AEP come and pull the meter when it was time to make the final connections. EXCEPTIONAL professionalism all the way and their price was 1/2 that of the other contractors. You cannot do better than hiring Haynes Electric!! I will be using them again!!!
