I called and left messages and voicemails to quite a few contractors in the area and not a one of them ever returned my call. That all changed when I contacted Fossahr. Dylan and Lynda were extremely awesome! Lynda responded promptly, came out and gave us a quote and within a week they were on the job! We only had subflooring replaced in one half of our doublewide, carpet removed from the other half, and new vinyl planks laid throughout the entire house. Dylan is a perfectionist. If the crew comes upon a situation, they will consult with you first before going any further. Dylan voluntarily removed the new vinyl flooring from our game room (that had the old existing particle board subfloor) and redid it because he didn't like it and at no charge to us! After everything was said and done it was pretty close to the quote Lynda gave us initially. After a few days we noticed a few of the vinyl planks were coming up that were laid on the existing old particle board subflooring (which we all were expecting) and they came right out and fixed the problem. Lynda and Dylan run this business as if they were working on their own home. If you want a reliable, honest, trustworthy, and a contractor with integrity, then this is the contractor to choose!! You will NOT regret it! Personally, they will be the only contractor I will use and am already in planning stages for the next project that I need them to do.
