Be aware!- He overcharged us for materials and at the end of the job tried to charged us extra money for work done under the original contract or for repairs to damaged areas caused by his workers. We went to BBB arbitration and won the case against him and he got his BBB accreditation suspended. See below the decision of the BBB arbitrator in her own words: ***In review of the testimony from both parties and the evidence presented, the decision for this arbitration is as follows: Award: Consumer seeks a refund of $2,460 for overpayment of materials Concerns regarding the difference in the amounts should have been discussed and resolved prior to the final payment being remitted. Costs of materials as charged by a retailer to a business may or may not include discounts. Receipts obtained from the consumer from the retailers who sold Mr. Rinaldi of Dash Construction materials for the contracted job (brick/stone and windows) varies in amount from what Was actually charged to customer. Careful review of the testimony and evidence presented during the hearing was the compelling evidence of numerous examples of concerns with the credibility of Mr. Rinaldi with regards to providing transparent estimates, billing, and invoicing for materials and labor. As such, the intent of credibility and character of Mr. Rinaldi results in the decision to award the consumer's request for a refund in the amount of $2,460. Denial: Business seeks payment for additional work totaling $3,230 The existence of a contract may or may not involve revisions. Verbal conversations are enforceable When requirements of a contract are present. The payment in the amount of $66,288.00 for work Contracted was paid in full by the consumer. After final payment for the work contracted was received, Mr. Rinaldi invoiced the consumer for additional work completed. Outstanding payments for work done within the scope of the project should have been brought to the attention, discussed, and resolved prior to the final payment being requested and final payment being accepted. In addition, Mr. Rinaldi signed a waiver of lien for the consumer's mortgage holder, implying no additional charges were outstanding. The evidence and testimony provided by Mr. Rinaldi was not compelling to award $3,230 to include the Witness statements presented as evidence which lacked credibility.***

In inherited my childhood home which was in need of repairs and remodeling. I first had Dash Construction tile the entire house in June, 2014. I was so pleased with their work, I set them up to remodel the kitchen the following October. Their attentiveness to detail and helping/suggesting ideas, led me to have them remodel our living room and then the master bedroom. During these remodels they replaced two, LARGE triple windows; built beautiful cabinets and had to deal with several "hiccups" that came along with a home built in 1958. Many thanks to Dennis and Jared for their hard work!

Bath and general went well. Cabinet work is superior. Communication is good. Crews are considerate of owners living on property thru renovations. Surprises which happen when Renovating an older house were handled well. Hired them again for kitchen remodel that is in process.

Beautiful craftsmanship in cabinetry and tile work. All of the work crews - electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. were competent and very professional. The end result is exactly what I wanted.

He is fast and thorough

People were prompt, courteous and, especially talented. They took care to protect our floors and were very willing to request and listen to my input. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. The cost was not the least expensive, but their professionalism and talent made it very fair. The inevitable change orders resulted in only a fair charge on top.

Not only did they do a top notch job, they are honest and trustworthy! A++

Since we were out of town, Dennis provided excellent recommendations for the whole process. Constant communications including pictures of every stage of the tear out, remediation and build back. Dennis provided solid bids and stuck to them. The work was excellent, if I hadn't seen the pictures I would not have known anything had been done. I highly recommend Dash Construction for any projects in your home.

They assisted in the planing of the remodel and locating fixtures.  The cabinets were custom built by them at their shop using all wood.  They made several suggestions that make the kitchen much better than it would have otherwise been.  The two principles of the company are remarkable young men.  If your considering any kind of remodeling you should give them a call. We will be using them again for some future remodeling.

Dennis and Jared were a joy to work with , they totally listen to what I wanted and added their opinions to what might work better. Were on time, completed kitchen on time , organized and neat, trustworthy and communication was excellent. Let you know what was going on and kept in touch with progress. Would highly recommend them if you want  quality work , easy to work with and overall a great experience.  Repeating ,they take pride in their work which is hard to find today .Maybe bathroom next???

Presented estimate and went by it except when we added something. Very meticulous to every detail. Keeps everything neat and clean before they left for the day. Drawers are exceptional. I can pull all the way out. No reaching back for things any more.

On both occasions, Dennis & Jared were prompt,reasonably priced, excellent craftsmanship & above all honest. They are exceptional!
