"[member name removed] called me Saturday morning. Her Sister bought a house. It was very dirty, needed elbow greese, It was a move in clean home! She had never seen anything like it. She asked what I charged, and I told her I couldn't quote on a job like that. I did ceiling edges, doors and door frames and base boards, with 409 and a magic eraser. I did ceiling fans, All light fixtures except 2 because she was replacing them as well as plug outlets with 409. I removed shelf paper from all cabinets, scrubbed cabinets inside and out and all drawers. I cleaned mini blinds, sinks, tubs, toilets. The master tub had to soak in hot water and cascade before scrubbing. I cleaned inside of freezer. I sprayed the oven and broiler twice with oven off. I moved the refrigerator and stove out, cleaned walls and sides of cabinets, had to soak the floor in hot water and 409 before scrubbing clean with brush. Also mopped all floors on hands and knees. I started the windows and [member name removed] sister said it was late, could I finish at a later time. She had hired me bi-weekly and we agreed to do the rest when she moved in, Including window tracks and top of cabinets. On 3-21-13 [member name removed] sister called and asked if I could come back to do walls that day, I said I did not know we were doing walls because she was going to be painting them. I also was on my way out of town and did inform her of that as well. [member name removed] called and left a message, I am sorry I was out of town and did not return your call, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with my services, But I felt as though I had done a thorough job for the price that I quoted your sister, as it did take me 3 days (18 hours) to complete this job!"

"THE CLIENT'S FATHER CALLED MY HOME NUMBER. I WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE CALL. THE CLIENT CALLED MY CELL # AND I SPOKE TO HER. THE LAST SATURDAY THAT I WORKED AT HER PARENTS' HOUSE. THAT MORNING WHEN I GOT TO THE HOUSE, HER MOTHER HAD A HEART ATTACK AND THE CLIENT'S FATHER CALLED THE AMBULANCE WHICH TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL. THERE WERE NO CLEANING SUPPLIES SO I WENT TO WAL-MART TO BUY SOME. THE CLIENT CALLED ME WHILE I WAS AT WAL-MART AND I TOLD HER THAT I WAS PICKING UP CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM WAL-MART. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT HER MOTHER, SHE SAID HER MOTHER PASSED AWAY AND ASKED ME IF I WAS GOING BACK TO THE HOUSE TO CLEAN AND I SAID YES. WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE HOUSE, FAMILY MEMBERS HAD ALREADY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FINISH THE WORK. I TOLD SOME OTHER RELATIVE TO HAVE HER CALL ME AFTER THE FUNERAL SO I CAN GO BACK AND FINISH THE WORK. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK."
