Micheal did a thorough walk through of the interior and exterior of the house and took differential elevation measurements at several key areas inside to map out a profile of any settling. He took the time to discuss the quality of my foundation (from original plans) and answered all of my questions. His final report was delivered on time and was very comprehensive. Luckily, I had no foundation issues, but would have definitely used him for additional repair recommendations if required,
