PARKWAY PEST CONTROL

We purchased a Formosan swarmer termite treatment from this company. At first they seemed professional and knowledgeable, and the prices were competitive. However we started to see termites again in less than a year of the treatment. At this time they no longer answered e-mails or phone calls, and we've been unable to reach them for two years. Upon reaching out to another company, we found that they did not properly complete the treatment per their treatment summary, both by failing to drill the driveway and not properly treating the initial column where the infestation was noted. Would highly recommend going somewhere else for any serious treatment.

I have used Clayton for many years for both inspections during real estate transactions and for extermination for termites and regular pest treatment.

Clayton came out and performed a termite inspection on a house I am looking to purchase. He arrived before I did and I was 10 minutes early. He pointed out a number of issues that are conducive to termite activity and found 1 active trouble spot and showed me how to identify them for the future. He was very professional, observant and friendly. I plan on using his services for future pest control needs.

Clayton was very courteous. He agreed to meet me at the same time as the home inspectors. Walked me through the house and explained his findings. Detailed report. I feel like he was honest because he told me I didn't need any follow up pest control services at this time and told me what to look for as far as indications of new termite activity.

Very courteous. Clearly explained about the inspection, where evidence of previous problems were (with photos), and where potential problems may arise. Came on very short notice (less than 2 hours) and was referred by my home inspector when I could not find one one my own 2 days after Christmas. Will use for my own scheduled pest control later. I only wish the report was emailed rather than snail mailed.
