 + -1 moreTech spent his time trying to sell my Mother a new unit to replace the system they installed after Ivan. System seems to have a defrost controller issue, not a COMPRESSOR and INSIDE unit problem. Problem WAS NOT resolved, continues today.
Description of Work: Attempted to fix icing up heat pump down stairs.
