I would definatelty recommend this Company. They did what they said they would do. Another copmpany came out and gave me an estimate prior to hiring Ace Septic and PLumbing Company and they told me It couldn't be repaired that it need to be replaced. I would recommend them definately.

They pumped the tanks and cleaned the field lines. When they did the work, they guaranteed the field lines would work well, or they would come back out and pump and clean them. Initially, I agreed to a price, prior to starting the job; however, after they finished the job, I thought the price was too high and complained. They ended up graciously giving me a discount to make me happy, which I sincerely appreciate.

However, within about a month, my tanks were backing up worse than they ever had. I suspect when they broke a hole in the field line with a shovel (to jet-clean it), and capped it with a cut piece of pipe, loosely fitted over the top of the broken field line, that the dirt collapsed into the hole and stopped up the field line. I sent two emails and eventually called them. They told me they didn't want to touch it, because I might have a problem with what they do, the same way I had a problem with their original work. I understand their sentiment, but ultimately, I paid them $1800 to apparently make my system worse. I would think they would at least be willing to undo the damage they've apparently caused.

They may be the best company in the world for another customer, but they ended up being an expensive mistake for me.

"Thank You for allowing us to service your septic needs. We would like to elaborate on the extent of the job and that we did in fact resolve this by giving half of your money back, not because we over charged you but to keep you as the customer satisfied we did and lost money out of pocket after we reimbursed you as per your request. We serviced and vacuumed 3 Tanks a litttle over 1800 Gallons to legally dispose of is approximately not too include the grease trap we pumped as well, 216.00 alone.Grease has to be dumped at a higher cost and it cakes on to the inside of the truck and therefore an Washout ($250) of the truck has to be done after disposal , where a individual manually goes in and scrapes and cleans out the service truck tank and jetting system. Hydro-jet inlet and outlet lines along with the field lines. There system, the field lines were full of roots, mud and sludge. Manual removal of roots was necessary to eliminate stoppage all the way to the house and field. If any of your pipes were preferated it could of been an oversite on our part that we did not identify it due to the roots growing into the lines which could easily cause a crack or break in the lines. There was several hours of digging and manual labor involved. Upon eah step the customer was informed and approved each phase. Mr. [Member Name Removed] stated:" I had no idea what the job would entail, They did work hard, they did what appeared to be a good job; but no way was worth $" There were three technicians on the job a total of four hours. Not too include the time to and from location and to and from the dumpsite, so overall it was a 6 hour job. Mr. [Member Name Removed] stated he called two other companies and they quoted over the phone that the job should of been 800 to 1400. Its impportant top remember qoutes obver the phone by other companies have different priocing and have no idea what the scope of the work and job entails unless they are actually performing the job themselves, thats why when you call another company its called a quote. You stated that you were going to leave a negative review on Angies list : Mr . [Member Name Removed] stated: "If I was reimbursed 1400 dollars I would no longer have a reason to leave a negative review on Angies lIst or any other site!"and we have been in business for 38 years and would like to maintain a good reputation as a reputable and honest Company. We warrantied our work for up to three months if problem comes up, as a courtesy, most companies won't come back out and fix something for free that wasn;t their fault nor reimburse nor warrenty their work, we did. Thank You."
