I contacted the provider because of an issue with the refrigerator (they were an authorized service center for Norcold). They were able to diagnose the condition and provide an estimate for repairs. We decided to not replace the unit with another "RV" refrigerator, and they said that they were not equipped to help us on the residential refrigerator replacement. However, we did have a couple of other things that needed repaired. They gave an estimate, and had to order a part. Once the part came in, they replaced the light fixture and the seals and valve assembly for the toilet. We've had no problems with either repair.
