Required 2 Air compressors. He installed one.However when he looked at the second A/C furnace location i never saw or heard from him again. Four calls to his office about the installation were never returned. Courtesy, integrity and honesty is important especially returned calls when you are in business. This fellow does not understand that. I would not hire him again or refer him to anybody until he takes a course in customer relations.

He responded quickly and that was important. 

I received a return call wiithin two minutes of leaving a message that I was having air conditioning problems.  The repairmen were on another call, but were at my home in less than an hour.  They found the outside unit was frozen and determined the cause to be a circuit board in the attic was not working. The price noted above included the replacement part.  They also asked if I wanted the part that they replaced, which I always feel is a sign of honest repair work as they are giving you the opportunity to have the part checked by someone else if you doubted the need for it.
My first contact with this company was several years ago on a long holiday weekend.  I had called another company that came, didn't have the needed part and said it would be three days before they could obtain it due to he holiday.  A-1 came, had the part and worked on the outside unit well into the night in the dark.  There were not over-time/night/holiday charges.  Needless to say, when it came time to replace the unit, this was the company we chose for the purchase and the price was fair and competitive.
