KING MOVING

Went really well.  They showed up on time and did everything I asked them to.  I would use over and over.  They are very good.  Nothing got broken or damaged.  They pointed out scratches on furniture before they moved it so that I would not think that they had done it.  Really professional.

Service was excellent. The 3-man crew arrived on time, quickly loaded the freezer and items at both house and storage facility, drove to new storage unit, unloaded what was needed and helped things fit, then droveto last location and finished unloading. Work was completed much more quickly than expected. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Cost was less than expected for multiple stops. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

We used king moving based on the Angie's List reviews, but we were extremely disappointed.  This was a very routine move from our home in Plano to a 10x20 storage unit just 15 miles down the road (about a 23 min drive).  Everything was already stacked together in the garage or inside the house (already disassembled) and It took the crew over 6 hours!!  They were moving extremely slow for moving standards.  My wife even bought them pizza for lunch to be nice and they ate on the clock, while "working", and charged us for that time as well.  I was thinking based on the simplicity of the move it was going to be 4 hours very worst case (especially since it was just going to a storage unit on the first floor), so needless to say I was stunned when my wife told me the total time was over 6 hours ($675).  It could have just been a slow crew (Reuben, Ted, and Kane), but we will never use them again in the future.  They weren't particularly friendly either when we did everything we could to make the move as smooth as possible for them.  My wife had to even ask them to wrap the base of the kitchen table made out of a very scratchable stainless steel before putting it in the storage unit.  That is just common sense.  My wife also witnessed them being very aggressive with our items and even dragging our nice kitchen chairs on the cement as they were unloading.  I would look elsewhere on Angies List for moving needs if I were you.
