ENERGY COUNTRY FORD LINCOLN

It started off good.  I called ahead to set appointment.  I asked whether or not my extended service plan covered the battery.  The gentleman on the phone asked another EE and told me yes to go ahead and bring it in.  He told me to pull up at the service center and speak with the man working there, so I did.  When I told the man what was going on, he told me the extended warranty didn't cover the battery.  I told him what I was told, and he called the service desk to find out who told me this.  Astonishingly no one claimed to have said that!  So I went to the desk myself, and spoke with the man that was at the desk.  Can you believe that not one person even admitted to having a conversation with me on the phone!  They said that I didn't call them!  HA!  So not only was I lied to on the phone, when in person they denied the conversation COMPLETELY!  Unfortunately I was stuck there so I had to let them replace the battery, and paid the outrageous price, but it will NEVER happen again!
