+ 0 moreThis was our next door neighbor, who we have known for 2 years. Hired him to do siding replacement of siding and fascia boards. Did up a real nice contract/estimate with detailed list of materials. Paid him for the electrician, permit and materials ($2140.00) and haven't heard from him, since (3 weeks, now). He moved, took our money, won't return any phone calls, texts, etc... Have filed a report with the College Station Police Department and am in the process of filing in small claims court. Supposedly, he works doing welding and other handman activities in the College Station area, I would avoid him like the plague. Made all nicey-nice with us, came over to visit, brought his baby to see us when we were in town, sat and pretended to be a friend.....until he got the money, then he ran. Now, August 26th, no word at all and not a single board removed from house.
Description of Work: Services to be performed were: removal and disposal of siding and all fascia boards from duplex, moving the electrical main boxes to put siding behind them and replace them, pulling of building permits needed. Services were schedule to be done the first week of August 2011.
