Karl Graham  was extremely responsive. He texted me back within minutes.  He ended up doing several jobs on two different properties in Port Aransas, TX. He built steps up to a back porch. He build a new gate for a privacy fence around our A/C unit. Repaired a sticking front door that several others were unable to repair. He replaced a section of second story eve vent that required scaffolding. Installed a new dishwasher. This was a very difficult job requiring modifying cabinets with removing and replacing wooden flooring. He also replaced a ceiling fan.  All the jobs had excellent results. Mr. Graham is polite and very professional. He is very competent in his job skills. He insists on "doing it right the first time". His hourly charge is a little higher than we expected, but he is well worth it. He is a good example of you get what you pay for. Will definitely use him in the future. He is competent in doing anything around the house.
