Very well at their own pace. Work done was quality when it was done. Toward end of project it seemed contractor lost interest. Date & time was agreed to for installation of door but TJR changed that without my knowledge. TJR wasn’t available on dates promised (going out of town). The door was not picked up at the place I ordered by TJR as they promised. I called another contractor. They came, gave me a bid & found out wrong door was ordered (special order) by TJR. I Was charged re-stocking fee (20% of cost of door) & reorder new (correct) door & am still waiting for it’s delivery. They are good people. I was comfortable with them being in my home but they didn’t take care of business. It cost me additional $200+ & project is still not complete. I wish they would have stayed on task in a timely manner.

"That’s not how it went down. Client ordered wrong door after being told what side for handle was on. Work was done and she liked it as we went and completed it as contract stated. Having difficult time with personal issues/ neighbors brought stress levels up. When wrong door was delivered, she decided to have a friend come install the right door instead of us making the exchange and finishing that area. The rest of the contract was completed and signed off on by her."
