Beyond the damage he caused, I have a water bill of $756 (compared to about $300), and he won't work with me on how to reconcile what I owe him and what he owes me because of all of this. He yelled at me for not telling him that I had the sprinklers repaired from someone else and is threatening to put a lean on my house if I don't pay him. He is saying that I owe him $2500, but I want the damage to my home to be deducted from that. He said that if I pay him, he will pass on my bills to his insurance company, and they will pay me for the damages. He will not give me the information to contact the insurance company myself.
